Manchester United plan to meet with Bruno Fernandes's agent to discuss a new deal for the attacker, according to a report.

Manchester United are reportedly planning to meet with Bruno Fernandes's agent to discuss a new deal for the Portugal international.

The 26-year-old has been in excellent form for the Red Devils since arriving from Sporting Lisbon in January 2020, scoring 40 goals and registering 25 assists in 79 appearances in all competitions.

Fernandes has been key to Man United's success this term, meanwhile, scoring 28 goals and registering 17 assists in 57 outings for Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's side.

The Portuguese has a contract at Old Trafford until June 2025, but various reports have claimed that the 20-time English champions are keen to offer the attacker new and improved terms.

According to Record, Fernandes's agent Miguel Pinho is currently in Manchester and will meet with the Premier League club to discuss a new deal for his client.

The report claims that Man United want to 'reward' the number 18 for his excellent form.

Fernandes has played a key role in his side's progression to the Europa League final, scoring five goals and registering four assists in eight appearances.
