Manchester United are reportedly considering moving for Lyon centre-back Joachim Andersen during this summer's transfer window.
The 25-year-old impressed on loan at Fulham during the 2020-21 campaign, making 31 Premier League appearances, while he was also in action for Denmark at Euro 2020.
Andersen has three years left to run on his contract with Lyon, but it is thought that the Ligue 1 side would be willing to sell him for around €30m (£25.8m) this summer.
Man United are keen to sign a new centre-back in the current market and continue to be strongly linked with Real Madrid's Raphael Varane.
However, the 20-time English champions are said to be looking at alternatives to the Frenchman, and according to Foot Mercato, the club are showing an interest in Andersen.
The report claims that Tottenham Hotspur are also considering a move for the defender, who was a second-half substitute in Denmark's Euro 2020 semi-final loss to England on Wednesday night.
Man United, though, will allegedly not be moving for a new striker this summer.
