Manchester United will reportedly make one final attempt to sign Barcelona midfielder Cesc Fabregas by submitting an improved offer.
The Premier League champions have had two bids rejected by the Spanish giants, who have stated that the former Arsenal captain is not for sale.
Despite Fabregas claiming that he has no intentions of leaving Camp Nou, United manager David Moyes has been given the green light to launch a final £40m offer for the Spaniard, according to the Daily Star.
Reports have suggested that United are willing to offer Fabregas a regular spot in the team and wages in excess of £200,000 a week.
