Manchester United are reportedly willing to let Sheffield United keep hold of goalkeeper Dean Henderson for the remainder of the season.
The 23-year-old has spent the last two seasons on loan at Bramall Lane and has established himself as a formidable presence between the sticks for Chris Wilder's side this term.
Indeed, Henderson has kept 10 clean sheets in 27 Premier League appearances for the Blades this season, and there has been talk of the Englishman potentially challenging David de Gea for the number one spot at Old Trafford.
Henderson's loan spell at Sheffield United is set to run out in June, however, but according to Manchester Evening News, Man United are happy for the goalkeeper to stay at Bramall Lane.
The resumption of the Premier League season remains up in the air amid the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, and the report states that the Red Devils will have the final say regarding Henderson's situation.
Man United are supposedly already on the lookout for players to improve their defence, and Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's side have reportedly enquired about the availability of Real Valladolid centre-back Mohammed Salisu.
