Manchester United have reportedly been handed a boost in their efforts to sign Juventus forward Mario Mandzukic.
Having missed out on a new frontman in the summer, United have been heavily linked with the Croatia international, who is free to leave the Italian champions.
Earlier this month, there was a suggestion that the 33-year-old's wage demands could potentially scupper a transfer to Old Trafford.
However, according to The Sun, Mandzukic has no intention of pricing himself out of a switch to the Premier League giants.
Mandzukic is yet to play a single minute of first-team football for Juve this season after falling out of favour with recently-appointed boss Maurizio Sarri.
