Manchester United manager David Moyes has revealed that the club may not bring in any new faces before the close of the transfer window on September 2.
The Premier League champions have been linked to Barcelona midfielder Cesc Fabregas and Everton duo Leighton Baines and Marouane Fellaini, but the club have so far been thwarted in their attempts to secure their signatures.
While Moyes previously stated that he would bring in new players to strengthen the squad, the Scotsman has now admitted that it's possible he will be with the same squad until January.
"There is no pressure to do it," ESPN quotes Moyes as saying. "I have an idea of where I'd like to strengthen. If the right players are available, then great, but there is a possibility nothing may happen."
United's only summer acquisition so far is the capture of Uruguayan youngster Guillermo Varela.
