Former player Charlie Nicholas has suggested that Arsenal should place a £100m price tag on Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang.
With just over a year left on his contract, the 30-year-old is being heavily linked with a move away from the Emirates Stadium.
Manchester United, Barcelona and Real Madrid are all said to be monitoring the situation, aware that the Gunners are struggling to agree fresh terms with the Gabon international.
Despite the player's contract situation, Nicholas feels that a big club may be prepared to pay £100m for the attacker.
Speaking to Sporting Life, the Scot said: "If Arsenal were to get £100m for him to sign for Man Utd, I would take that. It will make them better, that is why they would pay big.
"Arsenal were the challengers to United for the title, but now neither of them are. Man Utd offer £100m for Aubameyang, sell him."
Since January 2018, Aubameyang has scored 61 goals from 97 appearances in all competitions.
