Southampton manager Mauricio Pochettino has insisted that Luke Shaw is unfazed by rumours linking him to some of the Premier League's top clubs.
Reports last week claimed that Manchester United had lodged a £22.5m bid for the 18-year-old left-back, who has impressed since making his Saints bow in 2012.
Chelsea have also been credited with an interest and while having such high-profile admirers may be a distraction to most, Pochettino has stressed that Shaw is coping well with the attention.
Pochettino told the club's website: "He's dealing with [the speculation] very well. These things do not affect him at all."
Shaw has started 19 of Southampton's 22 Premier League games this season, and Pochettino has insisted that he will not be leaving St Mary's Stadium in this transfer window.
