Leicester City manager Claude Puel has warned Manchester United against making another move for centre-back Harry Maguire during the January transfer window.
Maguire was heavily linked with a big-money switch to Old Trafford during the summer, but the England international ultimately stayed at the King Power Stadium and penned a new five-year contract with the Foxes.
United are still in the market for defensive reinforcements, but Puel is confident that Maguire will not have his head turned if Jose Mourinho's side revive their interest.
"We cannot have guarantees but I think Harry decided this summer to remain with us and play with us for another season. He is happy with us and saw the quality of the team and its ambition," Puel told reporters.
"Harry is a valuable player for the club and it is important to keep our best players and maintain our ambition this season.
"I think we will not have a problem this winter because we have a good squad with good guys."
Maguire is expected to return after five weeks out when Leicester host Tottenham Hotspur on Saturday evening.
