Agent Mino Raiola has reportedly decided that Manchester United target Erling Braut Haaland should join another European club before completing a transfer to a major club.
The Norwegian striker has emerged on the radar of several top clubs after racking up 28 goals across all competitions since August.
Reports have claimed that United are among the frontrunners to secure the signature of Haaland next summer.
However, according to The Athletic, Raiola believes that Haaland's interests would be best served by the 19-year-old joining a club of a slightly smaller stature ahead of completing a big-money move in two or three years.
Other sources have recently claimed that there is a clause in Haaland's current deal that enables the player to leave for just £17m in January.
United have refused to engage with Raiola since the summer of 2016 due to his reputation, with the infamous agent making a concerted attempt to find a new club for Paul Pogba earlier this year.
