Arsenal have reportedly registered their interest in Harry Maguire, but they are refusing to pay more than £50m for the Leicester City centre-back.
Maguire is believed to be valued at £90m by Leicester, who are under no pressure to sell their prized asset this summer.
Manchester United and Manchester City are both rumoured to be willing to go as high as £75m with their offers, which may yet be enough to land the England international if he asks for a move away.
Arsenal have now entered the race for Maguire's signature, but The Sun claims that they face being laughed away by the Foxes as they will fall some way short with their bid.
The cash-strapped Gunners are also said to have offered Crystal Palace £40m for Wilfried Zaha this week - half the amount the Eagles are after.
