Real Madrid will reportedly focus their attention on signing Manchester United midfielder Paul Pogba once they have finalised a deal with Chelsea for Eden Hazard.
Spanish outlet Marca claims that Madrid "are on the cusp" of reaching an agreement to sign long-term target Hazard, likely for a fee beyond the nine-figure mark.
The same report indicates that Los Blancos will then launch 'Operation Pogba', which they expect to be a lot more complicated than their scheme to bring in Hazard.
United are said to be fully aware that the France international wants to link up with Zinedine Zidane at the Bernabeu, but they will do everything in their power to keep hold of him, having managed to get the best out of the midfielder over the past three-and-a-half months.
Despite being warned off by the Premier League club, though, Madrid will apparently push ahead with their plans to sign Pogba, hoping that agent Mino Raiola can apply pressure on United.
Zidane's side are embarking on a huge summer rebuild and they are believed to also be willing to pay more than £100m to sign Pogba.
