Manchester United and Arsenal are vying to sign former Barcelona keeper Victor Valdes, according to a report.
The 32-year-old is a free agent after he decided not to renew his contract with the Catalan club, but he sustained a torn ACL in March in his side's 3-0 win over Celta Vigo.
Valdes was poised to move to Monaco but the deal broke down, which has alerted the Red Devils and the Gunners, who are ready to fight for his signature, reports The People.
The keeper made 32 appearances for Barcelona in all competitions last season.
