Paul Pogba's proposed switch to Real Madrid has reportedly edged a step closer as the Manchester United midfielder has made clear that he wants to move to the Bernabeu.
The France international has openly flirted with the La Liga giants, who are managed by one of Pogba's heroes in compatriot Zinedine Zidane.
A transfer failed to go through in the previous two windows as United refused to drop their asking price, but AS suggests that a deal is on the cards for the summer.
Despite interest from former club Juventus, the same report indicates that Pogba will prioritise a move to Los Blancos.
United are supposedly still after around £100m for the 27-year-old, which Madrid are happy to hand over.
Pogba, who has endured an injury-plagued campaign, is under contract with United until 2021.
