Manchester United are reportedly wary of pursuing Sergio Ramos, who they feel could be using them as a negotiating tactic to earn a new contract with Real Madrid.
United have been heavily linked with a move for the Spaniard in the last 48 hours, with some reports suggesting that he could be apart of any deal for goalkeeper David de Gea.
However, the Daily Mail claims that United feel Ramos could be using their interest to enhance his position at the La Liga giants, like they believe Barcelona star Dani Alves did earlier in the summer.
Ramos has two years left on his current Madrid deal and reportedly wants a significant pay rise.
