Manchester United boss Louis van Gaal quiet over Sadio Mane reports

Manchester United boss Louis van Gaal has remained coy over reports linking the club with Southampton winger Sadio Mane.

The Red Devils are understood to be keen on bringing the 23-year-old to Old Trafford after Chelsea pipped them to the signature of Pedro.

When asked if he was interested in the Senegal international, Van Gaal told reporters: "I cannot answer. I don't want to interfere. Ed Woodward is doing that."

United continue their Premier League campaign tomorrow when they host Newcastle United.
