Italy's top dogs aim to take another step closer to becoming European champions for the very first time, as Napoli tackle Serie A rivals AC Milan on Wednesday.
The clubs' first-ever Champions League encounter sees the Partenopei travelling north with most of their squad available, though one integral player will be missing - and there are now doubts surrounding his deputy.
Victor Osimhen's adductor problem kept him out of Napoli's 4-0 defeat to Milan earlier this month, then last week's victory over Lecce, and the Nigerian striker is also expected to sit out his team's trip to San Siro.
As well as going without his leading goalscorer, Luciano Spalletti may be deprived of first alternative Giovanni Simeone, who was withdrawn after coming on as a substitute at Stadio Via del Mare.
Should the latter fail to recover from a reported thigh injury, Giacomo Raspadori would continue to spearhead the Napoli front three, flanked by Khvicha Kvaratskhelia and either Matteo Politano or Hirving Lozano.
Meanwhile, in midfield, Eljif Elmas could be demoted to the bench, as Polish playmaker Piotr Zielinski resumes his role in a familiar trio also featuring Andre-Frank Zambo Anguissa and Stanislav Lobotka.
The only other possible change to Spalletti's starting XI could come at left-back, where an ongoing battle between Mathias Olivera and current incumbent Mario Rui continues.
Napoli possible starting lineup: Meret; Di Lorenzo, Kim, Rrahmani, Rui; Anguissa, Lobotka, Zielinski; Lozano, Raspadori, Kvaratskhelia
