Thursday's Serie A predictions including Udinese vs. Napoli

Sports Mole provides score predictions and previews for all of today's Serie A fixtures, including Udinese vs. Napoli

Empoli vs. Bologna (Thursday, 7.45pm)

Two Serie A teams seeking to return to winning ways lock horns at the Stadio Carlo Castellani on Thursday night as Empoli play host to Bologna.

The Rossoblu will be seeking revenge against the Blues after suffering a 1-0 defeat in the reverse fixture at the Stadio Renato Dall'Ara back in September.

We say: Empoli 1-1 Bologna

A closely-fought contest between two out-of-sorts sides is set to take place on Thursday with Empoli boasting the psychological edge considering their strong head-to-head record over Bologna.

However, we believe that the visitors can follow up their draw with Juventus by picking up at least a point at the Stadio Carlo Castellani.

Our tipster partners are predicting over 1.5 goals.

Udinese vs. Napoli (Thursday, 7.45pm)

Having seen their Scudetto party spoiled last weekend, Napoli now aim to secure the Serie A title away to Udinese on Thursday night.

On Sunday, Italy's champions-elect were denied victory by a late Salernitana goal that silenced a packed Stadio Maradona, but even if Lazio win on Wednesday, they will need just one more point to guarantee finishing in first place.

We say: Udinese 0-1 Napoli

Having stormed through most of the season at an incredible pace, Napoli have been off the boil in recent weeks and now lack the same intensity. That does not diminish their feat of claiming a first Scudetto since the days of Diego Maradona, and they can celebrate doing so with a ninth straight away win.

Our tipster partners are predicting under 3.5 goals.
