Netherlands lineup vs. Bosnia-Herzegovina: Predicted XI for UEFA Nations League clash

Eleven changes from Koeman? Predicted Netherlands XI against Bosnia-Herzegovina

Sports Mole takes an in-depth look at how the Netherlands could line up for Tuesday's UEFA Nations League clash with Bosnia-Herzegovina.

Netherlands head coach Ronald Koeman could very well make a full 11 changes to his starting lineup for Tuesday's UEFA Nations League clash with Bosnia-Herzegovina.

The Dutch thumped Hungary 4-0 on Saturday to guarantee a second-placed finish in League A Group 3, while their hosts have already been relegated to the second tier with a game to go.

No fresh fitness concerns have arisen from the humiliation of Hungary, but there was one high-profile absentee from the matchday squad on Saturday, Manchester United attacker Joshua Zirkzee.

The former Bologna man joined Bournemouth's Justin Kluivert in watching on from the sidelines, but while both players ought to stick their hands up for spots in the squad on Tuesday, starts should be out of the question.

Instead, Koeman should give priority to the likes of Brian Brobbey, Jeremie Frimpong, Noa Lang and Teun Koopmeiners - scorer of his side's final goal on Saturday - when considering attacking alterations.

A double change at the base of the midfield could also see Mats Wieffer and Quinten Timber partner up, but the latter's twin brother - Arsenal defender Jurrien Timber - should be granted a well-earned rest.

A new-look backline could see Jorrel Hato, Devyne Rensch, Matthijs de Ligt and Stefan de Vrij guard Mark Flekken; the Brentford number one should keep uncapped Sparta Rotterdam goalkeeper Nick Olij at bay.

Liverpool's Virgil van Dijk and Barcelona's Frenkie de Jong have both withdrawn from the squad on "medical grounds".

Netherlands possible starting lineup:
Flekken; Rensch, De Ligt, De Vrij, Hato; Wieffer, Timber; Frimpong, Koopmeiners, Lang; Brobbey
