Chancel Mbemba has revealed that he is enjoying playing alongside Fabricio Coloccini at the heart of the Newcastle United defence.
The summer signing from Anderlecht has featured in all of the Magpies' seven Premier League games so far.
Mbemba feels that he is already building up a good understanding with club captain Coloccini.
"I have only been here only two months. I like playing alongside Fabricio Coloccini," he told The Chronicle.
"We've had seven games together so we are working hard together. I like everything about being in this team, we're all going forward together."
Newcastle travel to Manchester City on Saturday.
