Reims midfielder Romain Amalfitano has denied reports suggesting that he has agreed to join Newcastle United in the summer.
The 22-year-old has been strongly linked with a move to the Premier League in recent weeks, and has admitted that it "would be dream come true" to play in England.
"I am a Reims player and I will be out of action at the end of the season. I want to finish this season strongly," said Amalfitano.
"Newcastle are a fantastic club and to play for them would be a dream come true, but nothing is done as yet. Let's wait and see what happens."
Romain is the younger brother of Morgan Amalfitano, who represents Marseille.
