Newcastle United reportedly make a £4.5m bid for PAOK full-back Dimitris Giannoulis, who is also wanted by Marseille and Watford.

Newcastle United have reportedly made a £4.5m bid to sign PAOK full-back Dimitris Giannoulis.

The 24-year-old made 44 appearances for the Greek outfit last season, registering six assists to help PAOK finish second in the Super League standings.

Newcastle are in the market for a new left-back after seeing Danny Rose return to parent club Tottenham Hotspur, and journalist Manu Lonjon has claimed that they have now made a move for Giannoulis.

French outfit Marseille and Watford are also thought to be interested in the Greek international.
