Carlos Carvalhal seeking new job in England

Former Swansea City head coach Carlos Carvalhal reveals that he wants his next job to be with an English club.

Former Swansea City manager Carlos Carvalhal has revealed that he is seeking a new job in the UK.

The Portuguese coach recently turned down the opportunity to become the new boss of Sporting Lisbon, and has now confirmed that he is keen for his next role to be in England.

Furthermore, Carvalhal said that he has also rejected job offers from English clubs due to family commitments but will be ready to take on a new role later this year.

"Working in England is my total priority, and it hurts me a lot refuse offers from English clubs, but in this moment I must support my family," Sky Sports News quotes him as saying.

"I think after September I will be available, and it's my priority to be back in the UK."

Swansea chose not to renew Carvalhal's contract when he failed to keep them in the Premier League at the end of last season.
