14.45: We are just 15 minutes away from kickoff in this afternoon's final round of fixtures. There is still much to be decided, and we will be bringing all the action on Sports Mole.
League One:
There are many different permutations ahead of the concluding day of League One action, with the final automatic promotion spot yet to be decided.
Charlton Athletic have already been confirmed as champions, and they will be joined by either Sheffield Wednesday or Sheffield United in the Championship.
Wednesday currently sit in second, and they will be promoted provided that United, who travel to Exeter City, do not better their result.
One of the two clubs will therefore drop into the playoffs, with Milton Keynes Dons and Huddersfield Town who have already guaranteed their spots.
The final spot is between Stevenage, Notts County and Carlisle United. The former will take sixth provided they win at home to Bury Town, but Notts County will move into the playoff places if they win at home to Colchester United and Stevenage fail to win..
Carlisle could also sneak into sixth, but would need to win at Oldham Athletic, and hope that Stevenage and Notts County both fail to win.
Meanwhile, Wycombe Wanderers, Chesterfield, Exeter and Rochdale have already been relegated to League Two.
League Two:
There is also much to be decided in League Two as we enter the final round of the season. Swindon Town have already been confirmed as champions, and they will be joined in League One next season by Shrewsbury Town.
The final automatic promotion spot will go to Crawley Town - who currently occupy third - Torquay United or Southend United.
Crawley will be promoted if they win at Accrington Stanley, but Torquay will snatch third if they better Crawley's result, or win by eight goals.
Southend will sneak into third, however, if they better Crawley and Torquay's results when they host Macclesfield Town.
In terms of the playoffs, two from Crawley, Torquay and Southend will be joined by Cheltenham Town, who have already secured a spot in the top seven.
Crewe Alexandra, meanwhile, need a point at home to Aldershot Town to be sure of seventh, but Oxford United could make the playoffs if they win at Port Vale and Crewe lose.
In terms of relegation, Macclesfield Town are already down, but they will be joined by either Hereford United or Barnet.
Barnet need three points at Burton Albion in order to stay up, but can also remain in the league if Hereford fail to win at home to Torquay. Hereford can also move out of the relegation zone if they win, and Barnet fail to win themselves.
