Borussia Monchengladbach in Granit Xhaka talks?

Borussia Monchengladbach have reportedly emerged as the favourites to sign Basel midfielder Granit Xhaka.

The 19-year-old, who has previously expressed a desire to move to Germany, has attracted the interest of a host of European sides following his impressive performances this season.

According to Kicker, Monchengladbach are prepared to pay £6m for the coveted teenager.

Xhaka has six Switzerland caps to his name.
