Hatem Ben Arfa has completed a permanent move to Ligue 1 side Nice after being forced to finish the season without a club.
The French Football Federation blocked the 28-year-old's initial move to the club back in February due to a breach of regulations.
The Frenchman is not permitted to play officially for three clubs in a season and he had already represented Hull City and the Newcastle Under-21s.
Now, it has been confirmed via Nice's Twitter page that the winger has joined their ranks on a permanent basis.
