Norwich City midfielder Wesley Hoolahan has backed the club to achieve its targets this season.
The 29-year-old was on target to help the promoted Canaries claim a 1-1 draw away at Wigan Athletic on Saturday afternoon and believes that the spirit within the club will see them retain their Premier League status.
"The Premier League is a lot quicker [than the Championship]," said Hoolahan. "If you make a mistake they'll punish you.
"But we've adapted ourselves well and and we're just looking forward to the coming months.
"We're always going to compete, the lads have been great, so hopefully in the coming weeks we can show we can get the ball down and play some football."
Next for Paul Lambert's men is a fixture against Stoke City at Carrow Road on Sunday, August 21.
