The agent of Chris Martin reveals that his client is keen to prove himself at Norwich City.

Chris Martin's agent has revealed that his client is keen to "prove" himself at Norwich City this season.

The 23-year-old found his starting opportunities at Carrow Road limited during the last campaign and as a result he had a spell on loan with Crystal Palace.

He has since been linked with a move to Burnley but representative Matt Kleinman has insisted that the centre-forward is keen to prove his worth to the Canaries.

"There is always a lot of speculation at this time of year," Kleinman told the Lancashire Telegraph.

"At the moment there is a new manager and Chris is back in pre-season with Norwich.

"He is looking to prove himself at Norwich and play in the Premier League."

Martin began his career with Norwich as a trainee in 1998.
