Norwich City boss Alex Neil has remained cautious despite winning his first match in charge against Championship leaders Bournemouth.
The Scot guided the Canaries to a 2-1 victory at Dean Court on Saturday afternoon, just 24 hours after joining the club from Hamilton Academical.
Norwich had to play the final 25 minutes with 10 men after Jonny Howson was sent off, but a late goal from Cameron Jerome saw them over the line.
"We have quality players and they showed they have a good resolve and a good work ethic," Neil is quoted as saying by BBC Sport.
"It is fantastic for me to win my first game but we know we have got a lot of work to do. I think we will improve but it is a great start."
Norwich are back in Championship action next Saturday when they welcome Cardiff City to Carrow Road.
