Bournemouth have failed in their pursuit of Norwich City striker Lewis Grabban, according to reports.
The 27-year-old, who played for the Cherries between 2012 and 2014, scored 12 goals in the Championship for the Canaries last term.
According to Sky Sports News, Bournemouth manager Eddie Howe was keen to bring the striker back to the side to give him more options up front, but Norwich turned down two offers for Grabban.
Norwich boss Alex Neil had described Grabban as "a silly boy" after he walked out of the team's hotel without permission ahead of his side's League Cup win at Rotherham United.
