Nottingham Forest chairman Fawaz Al Hasawi has given his backing to manager Billy Davies with the club currently seven matches without a win in all competitions.
Forest have dropped to sixth in the Championship table while also exiting the FA Cup to Sheffield United, but the club's chairman believes that the Scot is still doing the "right job" at the City Ground.
Al Hasawi told Sky Sports News: "Every club has this, even Manchester United had this with Sir Alex Ferguson in the old days, but they continued and started winning and winning.
"Billy is doing the right job and when we lose, of course I am upset, but we have to get over it and we have to solve our problems for the next game."
Davies takes his side to the iPro Stadium to face East Midlands rivals Derby County on Saturday.
