Preview: Nottingham Forest vs. Derby County

Sports Mole looks ahead to this weekend's local derby between Nottingham Forest and Derby County at the City Ground.

Local rivals Nottingham Forest and Derby County go head to head at the City Ground on Saturday with three points there for the taking.

Forest head into the highly-anticipated tie with just one defeat in their last six fixtures, their most recent result being a 2-2 draw with Doncaster Rovers last weekend.

However, manager Billy Davies will have to lift his side following their 2-1 defeat to Burnley at Turf Moor in the Capital One Cup this week, while Derby have lost two games in all competitions on the bounce.

Despite some negative results, Nigel Clough's Derby side have picked up points on the road - their most recent being a 2-2 draw with Bolton Wanderers and 5-1 victory over Millwall.

Forest are expected to ring the changes from their League Cup side this weekend, while Chris Martin could lead the line for Derby at the City Ground.
