Nottingham Forest complete comeback win

Nottingham Forest grab their first win of the season with a 2-1 victory over Rotherham United.

Goals from Matthew Mills and Michail Antonio saw Nottingham Forest recover from going a goal down to beat Rotherham United 2-1 at the City Ground this afternoon.

Former Forest centre-back Danny Collins put Rotherham ahead on 13 minutes when he powered home a header from a corner.

Chris Burke then pulled a goal back for the Reds, only to see his close-range effort ruled out for offside.

Rotherham threatened to double their lead before the break when Jordan Bowery's powerful effort was stopped by Dorus de Vries, before the hosts levelled.

It was another set piece that did the damage as Mills climbed highest to nod home from a corner in first-half injury time.

Forest then took the lead just after the hour mark when Antonio fired home after Kelle Roos had spilled Burke's cross.

The goal triggered a quiet spell in the game, which was only broken when Burke let fly from 25 yards forcing Roos into a low save.

Michael Mancienne drew another save from Roos as his first-time shot was pushed behind for a corner late on, but it remained 2-1 as Forest recorded their first win of the season.
