Dexter Blackstock starts up front for Nottingham Forest against Bolton Wanderers, with first-choice striker Britt Assombalonga ruled out for 12 months with a serious knee injury.

Defender Jack Hobbs is also out for one month with a hamstring injury, but Kelvin Wilson and Michael Mancienne return from ankle injuries to sit on the bench.

Matt Mills returns from a knee injury and starts in defence for Bolton, while Emile Heskey is on the bench after suffering from a hamstring injury. A similar injury rules striker Craig Davies out.

Goalkeeper Adam Bogdan and midfielders Max Clayton and Darren Pratley are also ruled out through injury.
