Nottingham Forest owner Fawaz Al-Hasawi has insisted that the club have not accepted a bid from Burnley for Henri Lansbury.
Reports on Monday evening suggested that the Reds had agreed a £4m deal with their Championship counterparts for the midfielder.
However, Al-Hasawi has reiterated that the club are not looking to sell their prized assets.
"I would like to make it clear that we have not accepted any bid for Henri Lansbury," he wrote on Twitter.
"As is the case with any of our players, the manager must be consulted and a replacement identified before I accept a bid."
Lansbury has made 103 appearances for Forest since joining from Arsenal in 2012.
