Nottingham Forest owner Fawaz Al-Hasawi confirms Daniel Pinillos arrival

Nottingham Forest owner Fawaz Al-Hasawi confirms the arrival of former Cordoba left-back Daniel Pinillos.

Owner Fawaz Al-Hasawi has revealed that Nottingham Forest have completed the signing of Daniel Pinillos.

Recent speculation claimed that the 22-year-old, who was released by Cordoba at the end of last season, had held advanced negotiations over a move to the City Ground.

There has been no official confirmation from the Championship club, but this afternoon Al-Hasawi tweeted: "Today we completed the signing of Daniel Pinillos. A very warm welcome to him."

The left-back made 30 appearances in all competitions last season for Cordoba, who were relegated from La Liga.
