Radoslaw Majewski will reportedly leave Nottingham Forest this summer after five years with the Championship side.
The Polish midfielder, 28, has spent the season with fellow second-tier side Huddersfield Town, but hasn't started a game for the Terriers since the opening month of the season.
In total, Majewski has made just eight league appearances for Huddersfield and now could be leaving parent club Forest with a year left on his contract.
According to the Nottingham Post, Wisla Krakow in Majewski's homeland are keen on signing the midfielder this summer.
Since first joining Forest on loan in the summer of 2009, Majewski has scored 19 goals in 154 appearances for the East Midlands outfit.
