Oldham Athletic have confirmed that winger Cristian Montano has been arrested in relation to alleged spot-fixing in English football.
Six people were taken into police custody over the weekend as part of a National Crime Agency investigation following claims by The Sun that a Championship game had been fixed.
However, five of those arrested have now been bailed until April 2014.
Former Portsmouth defender Sam Sodje was caught on tape by the newspaper saying that he had arranged for a player to receive £30,000 in return for getting a yellow card during a second-tier fixture.
Sodje also admitted that he had been paid £70,000 to get a red card in a League One game against Oldham last season.
Montano, 21, was filmed apologising to Sodje for failing to get a yellow card in exchange for cash during a League One match against Wolverhampton Wanderers back in October.
Blackburn Rovers striker DJ Campbell is also among those arrested, the Championship club confirmed on Monday.
