Barnet loan Oxford United defender

Conference Premier leaders Barnet loan Oxford United defender David Hunt until the end of January.

Oxford United have allowed defender David Hunt to join Barnet on a three-month loan deal.

Hunt made 53 appearances for Oxford last season, but the 32-year-old has fallen out of favour during this campaign, playing just four times since the start of August.

The former Brentford and Crawley Town player will be hoping to feature on a regular basis for Conference leaders Barnet, who currently sit eight points clear at the top of the table.

Hunt has been included on the substitutes' bench for Barnet's trip to Welling United on Saturday afternoon.
