Parma CEO Pietro Leonardi has slapped a €35m (£30m) price tag on defender Gabriel Paletta.
The Argentinian, who had an unsuccessful stint at Liverpool from 2006 to 2007, has been linked with a move to AC Milan.
However, Leonardi has said that the club will only enter into discussions when the non-negotiable fee is met.
"Whoever wants to sign Paletta has to pay €35m," Leonardi told reporters.
"There are no negotiations about that. Parma are not in the habit of selling its best players."
Paletta signed for Parma from Boca Juniors in 2010.
