Peterborough United manager Dave Robertson has admitted that his side must find a "winning mentality" if they are to turn around their early-season form.
The Posh fell to a 2-1 defeat away at Burton Albion on the weekend - their third loss in four League One outings this campaign.
Robertson's side found themselves two goals down inside the opening hour at the Pirelli Stadium, which the 41-year-old believes may be down to a lack of positive spirit in the camp.
"Even at 0-0 what I was saying to them, and have spoken to them at quite some length, that they have to find that inner motivation, that drive and that winning mentality," he is quoted as saying by BBC Sport.
"They can't spark into action after 60 minutes. That's something we'll be addressing. They are a good group of players, they have got quality, but what we are missing is the winning mentality."
Peterborough, now 18th in the League One standings, return to action in midweek with a League Cup tie against Charlton Athletic.
