Portsmouth have signed goalkeeper Paul Jones on a three-year deal.
The 27-year-old was released by Crawley Town in May, despite starting all 51 competitive matches for the Red Devils in the most recent season.
"I'm joining a very good club and I'm excited to be here," Jones told BBC Radio Solent.
Jones had spells at Exeter City and Peterborough United after beginning his career at Leyton Orient.
Pompey are yet to extend the contract of Trevor Carson, who made 36 appearances in all competitions for the club last season.
