An Andre Silva first-half hat-trick has helped Portugal cruise to a 6-0 victory against the Faroe Islands in Monday night's World Cup qualifier in Torshavn.
The hosts began brightly and enjoyed several forays into their opponents' final third, courtesy of Gilli Sorensen and Hallur Hanson.
However, the Euro 2016 winners' class soon began to show and they duly took the lead 12 minutes in when Silva latched on to a defence-splitting low pass inside the box and blasted home.
The Porto striker then doubled his personal tally for the night just 10 minutes later, nodding low inside the right post after Ricardo Quaresma's shot ricocheted off a Faroes defender.
Silva finished off his hat-trick shortly before the break, once again being in the right place at the right time to fire home after Gunnar Nielsen palmed away Joao Cancelo's drive.
With the game all but over, Portugal took the foot off the pedal in the second half, but still notched up a fourth thanks to Cristiano Ronaldo hammering home Joao Mario's lay-off on the edge of the box.
The Faroes' resistance completely crumbled in injury time as Joao Moutinho and Cancelo both got themselves on the scoresheet to add gloss to the scoreline.
