Team News: Dorus de Vries returns to the Nottingham Forest goal

Nottingham Forest welcome back goalkeeper Dorus de Vries for the trip to Preston North End.

Nottingham Forest have recalled goalkeeper Dorus de Vries for the trip to Preston North End following a spell out with back injury.

Winger Ryan Mendes starts in midfield after returning from a groin strain, while Eric Lichaj returns at right-back having recovered from a knock.

Hosts Preston are unchanged from last weekend's 0-0 draw against Bolton Wanderers.

Captain Tom Clarke was assessed ahead of kickoff after missing the last three games with a shoulder injury, but will not play any part this evening.
