Sports Mole looks ahead to Saturday's La Liga clash between Real Betis and Real Madrid at the Estadio Benito Villamarin.

Real Madrid can stretch their unbeaten run to eight matches on Saturday when they travel to the Estadio Benito Villamarin to take on Real Betis in La Liga.

Jose Mourinho's side drew 1-1 with Manchester City in the Champions League on Wednesday, but they thrashed Athletic Bilbao 5-1 in their last domestic outing.

With Barcelona not playing until Sunday, a win would see Madrid cut their rivals' lead at the top to five points.

Betis sit in a respectable sixth position in the table, though they could find it difficult to put an end to their run of two consecutive defeats this weekend.

Sergio Rodriguez and Damien Perquis remain sidelined for the hosts, while Ruben Perez will miss the game through suspension.

Meanwhile, Gonzalo Higuain is not expected back until the middle of next month for the visitors due to a thigh muscle injury.

Recent form:

Real Betis: DWLWLL

Real Madrid: WWDWWD

Possible lineups:

Real Betis: Adrian; Mario, Nelson, Paulao, A Martinez; Benat, Canas, Sevilla, Carlos; Pozuelo, Castro

Real Madrid: Casillas; Arbeloa, Ramos, Pepe, Coentrao; Ozil, Alonso; Di Maria, Modric, Ronaldo; Benzema

Sports Mole says: 0-3
