Paris Saint-Germain's Zlatan Ibrahimovic cautious in Champions League

Zlatan Ibrahimovic says that Paris Saint-Germain are not getting ahead of themselves in the Champions League.

Paris Saint-Germain striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic has said that he and his teammates are taking it one game at a time in the Champions League.

The Ligue 1 champions made it three wins out of three in the premier European competition with a 5-0 victory over Anderlecht in Belgium.

"I think I have to say the third goal was my favourite," UEFA.com quotes him as saying. "It was a good goal as I shot from distance and timed it very well and it went in. It felt like a very hard shot. I was creating situations to score for myself and for my teammates.

"Okay, I did not score five and [Edinson] Cavani scored one but we still won 5-0 and it was very good. I think we have to take one game at a time and the further you go in a tournament the harder it becomes because the strongest teams keep themselves in the Champions League.

"We are still in the group stage but if we win another one then we are qualified for the next round so we will take things one game at a time. We have worked very hard for this and I think we are a better team than last year."

PSG are currently at the top of Group C with nine points from three matches.
