Paris Saint-Germain midfielder Marco Verratti believes that Laurent Blanc has built an atmosphere that can only help the Ligue 1 champions improve this season.
Blanc took over a side that were successful under Carlo Ancelotti last season, adding Edinson Cavani and Marquinhos to a largely settled squad.
PSG are unbeaten in all competitions following a strong start to the campaign which includes six successive wins, a run which Verratti believes is down to Blanc instilling a positive mentality from the outset of his tenure.
He told RMC: "I really believe we are playing better. We as a team are getting along well, even off the field.
"We have a lovely group, there is solidarity among us. Laurent Blanc may not have changed much when it comes to players, but he has brought in a very positive mindset. He certainly played a role with our progress."
The Parisians continued a 100% start in the Champions League on Wednesday, with Zlatan Ibrahimovic scoring four times as Anderlecht were crushed 5-0 in Belgium.
