Paris Saint-Germain boss Laurent Blanc urges players to remain focused

Paris Saint-Germain boss Laurent Blanc urges his players to focus on their upcoming league and European fixtures after booking their places in the Coupe de la Ligue final.

Paris Saint-Germain boss Laurent Blanc has urged his players not to get carried away following their 2-1 win against Nantes in the semi-finals of the Coupe de la Ligue.

The Frenchman called on his squad to put April's cup final out of mind and focus on their Ligue 1 and Champions League campaigns in the meantime.

"We're in the final, that's great," he told reporters, "but there's plenty of time to think about that one because it's not until April 19. Before then we have some very important matches in the championship and in the Champions League."

It took a last-minute strike from Zlatan Ibrahimovic to fire PSG into the final after Olivier Veigneau cancelled out the Swedish international's opener.
