Javier Pastore has said that Angel di Maria will acclimatise to French football quickly.
The Argentina international signed for Paris Saint-Germain for a fee of £59.7m in the summer, but has struggled to find form this season.
"He needs to better acclimatise," Pastore told L'Equipe. "But I'm sure he will quickly.
"He wanted so much to come to Paris. We had discussed it during the Copa America. I am very confident [he will improve]."
The 27-year-old has made seven appearances for PSG, scoring three goals.
