Serge Aurier joins Paris Saint-Germain on loan

Paris Saint-Germain confirm the arrival of right-back Serge Aurier on a season-long loan deal from Toulouse.

Ligue 1 side Paris Saint-Germain have confirmed the season-long loan signing of right-back Serge Aurier from Toulouse, with an option to buy at the end of the season.

Aurier was a reported target for Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger, but he has instead been confirmed as a PSG player by president Nasser Al-Khelaifi.

"Serge Aurier, one of the most promising young players in world football, courted by the biggest clubs, has chosen Paris Saint-Germain to continue to shine on the European stage," Al-Khelaifi said.

"We are delighted to welcome this young player into our team."

Aurier has played 11 times for his national side the Ivory Coast.
